You will work with a high-performing team and help agents scale their businesses using Compass’s platform, technology, and marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in quota-carrying roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment and highly organized.
• Proven track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top real estate agents.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative approach.
• Develop market expertise and maintain a local presence.
