You’ll partner with top-producing agents and teams to grow their business with Compass, while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant quota-bearing sales experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role with strong pipeline management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly organized with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding presence within the market.
• Position Compass’ value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative, relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
