Compass is recruiting a Sr. Account Executive in Bellevue, WA to drive net-new revenue across Compass-owned brokerages. You will partner with top-performing agents, shape deals, and articulate our technology, marketing, and growth platform.

You’ll build a strong pipeline, operate with autonomy, and report to leadership. The role offers a base salary of 110k-120k plus a target bonus of 30k-60k, benefits, equity potential, and a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top agents and teams.
• Position Compass value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
