Compass Real Estate - Peninsula in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sr. Account Executive, also known as Strategic Growth Manager, to drive net-new revenue across Compass brokerages by partnering with top-producing agents and expanding market presence.

You will build a strong pipeline, engage decision-makers, and influence brokers to grow their business with Compass, while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-autonomy role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with strong judgment
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
