Compass in Sacramento is seeking an Account Executive (Strategic Growth Manager) to drive net-new revenue across company-owned brokerages, partnering with top-producing agents to grow their business with Compass.

You will lead consultative demonstrations of our technology platform, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-impact, autonomous role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a tech focused presentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top real estate agents and teams to drive growth.
