Job summary

Compass is seeking an Account Executive (Strategic Growth Manager) to drive net-new revenue across company-owned brokerages in the Houston market. You will engage top-producing real estate agents, structure deals, and articulate Compass’s technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.

You will build a robust pipeline, manage relationships with agents and teams, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional groups to accelerate growth in a fast-paced, equity-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles and closing deals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn market dynamics and represent Compass confidently.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
