Job summary

Compass is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager based in Sacramento, CA to drive net-new revenue across company-owned brokerages, including Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s International Realty, Corcoran, and Compass. You will partner with top-producing agents and influence them to grow their business with us.

You will build a strong pipeline, conduct enterprise-style demonstrations of our technology platform, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in quota-carrying roles.
• Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance and results.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams.
• Conduct consultative discovery and deliver enterprise-style demonstrations of the technology platform.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
• Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
