Compass is hiring an Account Executive (Strategic Growth Manager) in Boston to drive net-new revenue across Compass brokerages, partnering with top-producing real estate agents to grow their business with us.

You’ll work with an ambitious team and manage a high-impact, consultative sales process, engaging decision-makers and maintaining a strong local market presence. Compensation includes base pay, bonus, and equity potential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with sound judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
