Job summary

Compass is seeking an Account Executive (Strategic Growth Manager) in the Atlanta area to drive net-new revenue for company-owned brokerages by engaging top-producing real estate agents and teams. You will influence them to grow their business with Compass and operate within a high-impact, autonomous environment.

You will build a consultative, relationship-driven sales process, manage a strong pipeline, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to expand Compass presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams.
• Position the value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
