Compass, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive (Strategic Growth Manager) to drive net-new revenue with company-owned brokerages. You’ll partner with top-producing agents to grow their business with Compass, leveraging technology, marketing, and our growth platform.

This role requires a consultative, relationship-driven approach and operates with high autonomy. The position is based in our Back Bay office, with in-field client engagement and in-person collaboration with local teams and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
• Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
