Compass, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to drive net-new revenue with company-owned brokerages, including Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, Corcoran, and Compass. You will engage top-performing agents, build a robust pipeline, and expand our market presence from Back Bay.

You will work with a high-caliber team across finance, operations, and sales to shape strategy and close strategic partnerships with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
