Job summary

Compass is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to drive net-new pipeline and educate the agent network on Strategic Growth benefits. Based in our Miami Beach, FL office, you will partner with Strategic Growth Managers to expand Compass International Holdings and train for a future SGM role.

You’ll generate opportunities through outbound and inbound outreach, articulate Compass value, manage CRM, and collaborate across teams to refine growth processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (SDR/CS/direct sales/Account management)
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline
• Outreach to prospective agents via cold calls, texts, emails, and campaigns
• Articulate Compass value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities
• Partner with agents to identify referrals and transition to closing teams
• Collaborate with SGMs and team leaders to develop prospecting strategies
• Document activities in CRM with accurate data management
