Compass in Milwaukee is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to drive net-new revenue across company-owned brokerages. You will partner with top-producing agents to grow their business with Compass, leveraging technology, marketing, and our growth platform.

You’ll build a consultative, high-identity sales process, manage a strong local pipeline, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure deals with top real estate agents to grow market share.
• Position Compass value through technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
