Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development and marketing.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork; strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand and represent user needs, define a product vision, set priorities, and align stakeholders.
• Assess RFQ, project viability, prepare quotations, set pricing, and highlight value proposition.
• Conduct market research to identify growth segments and unrealized market needs.
• Create and execute strategic planning through Discover Driven Planning (DDP) to grow the business; monitor forecast and budget.
• Lead the development of Sales Tools and train the sales force on product differentiation.
• Monitor sales force activity to ensure forecasting, budgeting, and DDP execution.
• Track and manage financial performance of assigned product lines (revenue and profit).
• Prepare quarterly strategic planning presentations for assigned segments.
