Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related sales experience preferred.
• Division or Regional P&L responsibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team to accelerate growth in targeted industry segments for prospect customers.
• Identify and qualify prospect customers with potential for significant annual revenue.
• Disrupt markets by leveraging a strong value proposition and solution selling.
• Develop strategies to win with strategic supplier partners and competitive advantages.
• Tailor the value proposition for each potential customer and communicate ROI and cost-to-produce impact.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with internal teams to support field execution.
• Document pipeline and milestones in CRM and map the buying journey.
• Use market data to approach customers as unique opportunities and drive long-term ownership.
• Travel >50% as required.
