Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy identifying priority markets and targets.
• Lead funnel management for strategic opportunities with clear visibility and progression.
• Assess acquisition, partnership, or growth opportunities with financial value creation.
• Partner with leaders across product, finance, legal to move diligence forward.
• Bring an operator’s lens to business assessment and sustainable performance.
• Build credibility with owners, executives, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop business development talent within the team.
• Represent the organization externally as a credible acquirer and long-term owner.
