Winter Services LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities and build strong client relationships within the assigned geography. You will develop strategies to expand market share and revenue, leveraging market research, lead generation, and effective pitching.

You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting through bids, coordinate with Marketing and Operations, and ensure smooth transition of new clients to Account Managers with clear deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience selling to commercial clients in landscape or related services.
• Proficient in CRM and lead generation tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Identify new commercial growth opportunities within assigned geography.
