Job summary
Winter Services Inc is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Illinois footprint in landscape maintenance and snow removal. You will build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and shape strategies to grow revenue within your assigned geography.
You will lead pricing reviews, collaborate with Marketing, manage leads in Salesforce, and transition clients to Account Managers.
Qualifications
- Must have experience selling landscaping/snow removal services.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Proficient with lead generation tools.
- Ability to analyze RFPs and bids.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Driver license required.
Responsibilities
- Own direct sales in assigned geography for commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal.
- Lead generation and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Marketing on sales materials.
- Develop and present strategic sales plans.
- Use ZoomInfo and CoStar to identify leads.
- Record activity in CRM daily (Salesforce).
- Qualify opportunities and pursue high-potential leads.
- Coordinate with General Managers on bids and job costing.
- Transition new customers to Account Managers.
- Provide weekly CRM pipeline reporting.
