Responsibilities

• Own sales within assigned geography focusing on new commercial clients.
• Develop strategic sales plans and maintain CRM pipeline.
• Lead generation and market research using ZoomInfo/CoStar.
• Collaborate with Marketing on sales materials.
• Prepare bids and support RFP responses.
• Manage transition of new clients to Account Managers.
