Job summary

Winter Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee snow removal and landscape maintenance projects, manage customer accounts transitioned from Business Development, and drive high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, project management and budgeting skills, with Salesforce and other landscaping software proficiency; you will build long-term relationships and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping services design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Proven track record in managing customer accounts and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management and budgeting with CRM experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers to your area with Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for existing and new accounts.
• Manage renewals and invoicing via Salesforce CRM.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and projects.
• Prepare enhancement proposals and ensure quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate landscaping and snow removal projects from initiation to completion.
• Schedule crews with Production Manager and monitor budgets.
• Provide weekly CRM reports and track progress.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Maintain customer relationships through regular communication.
• Ensure safety standards and environmental regulations compliance.
