Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven sales experience in landscaping/snow removal.
• Strong CRM skills, especially Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze RFPs and prepare bids.

Responsibilities

• Assume direct sales responsibility within geography focusing on new commercial clients.
• Develop strategic sales plans and meet GroundMasters goals.
• Generate leads using ZoomInfo, CoStar, and networking.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and provide weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with Marketing on sales tools and materials.
• Transition new clients to Account Managers with clear deliverables.
