Job summary

Winter Services LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee snow removal and landscaping projects, manage customer accounts transitioning from Business Development, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will foster long-term relationships and drive profitability across property enhancement initiatives.

You will collaborate with operations teams, schedule crews, monitor budgets, and present proposals to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping services incl. design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Proven track record in customer accounts management and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers with Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage renewals and billing via the CRM (Salesforce).
• Identify opportunities to expand services with landscape and snow removal customers.
• Identify and scope property enhancement projects per customer needs.
• Coordinate enhancement job costing with managers to meet productivity and margin goals.
• Prepare and present enhancement proposals to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain an active enhancement pipeline in Salesforce with daily updates.
• Provide weekly CRM pipeline reports against sales goals.
