Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth, lead teams, and expand client partnerships across the organization. Flexible location within the S&ME footprint, with focus on revenue growth in the ETD market and collaboration across environmental, civil, geotechnical, and testing services.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, shape strategy, and deliver high-quality solutions for utility and private clients while advancing S&ME's leadership in

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in related markets.
PE license is a plus; PMP certification is a plus.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and win opportunities.
Strong network in Power & Utilities sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the ETD market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
Build and sustain key client relationships at local and national levels.
