S&ME, Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader to drive growth and market expansion in the Electrical Transmission & Distribution sector.
The role focuses on building client partnerships, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering high-value engineering solutions across geotechnical, environmental, civil, and construction materials testing services. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in leadership roles, a PE license (PMP a plus), and a strong Power & Utilities network to expand S&ME's market
Competenze
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
- PE license is a plus; PMP is a plus.
- Strong network in the Power & Utilities sector.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients.

- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
- Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
