Job summary
E Tech Group, a leading US engineering and system integration firm, seeks a seasoned Business Development professional. You will identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and position E Tech Group as a main automation partner across industries such as Life Sciences and Food & Beverage.
Travel will be 40–60% across the region. You will earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with full expense reimbursement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions or automation.
- Established network of professional contacts.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and cultivate opportunities with prospective clients.
- Master solution selling and act as trusted advisor.
- Position E Tech Group as a main automation partner.
- Craft and close deals with internal teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Pipeline management with accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
- Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Report on BD initiatives and market trends to leadership.
- Be an ambassador of core values and team success.
