Job summary

E Tech Group seeks an experienced Business Development professional to drive sales in engineering solutions and automation across Life Sciences, Mfg, and logistics sectors. You will identify opportunities, build trusted relationships, and lead strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams to expand our automation footprint.

Travel, high compensation with uncapped commissions, and a focus on strategic partnerships are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technical field, or related area.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls industries.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience selling in Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Life Sciences relationships.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients and expanding the portfolio.
• Master solution selling by listening to client challenges and positioning E Tech Group as the trusted advisor.
• Position E Tech Group as a Main Automation Partner by qualifying new applications and expanding to new locations.
• Craft and close deals by collaborating with internal teams on compelling, value-driven proposals.
• Maintain accurate forecasts of bookings and opportunities to ensure optimal service and material mix, using Salesforce for CRM and enablement.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors to meet market demands.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on BD initiatives, progress, and market trends.
• Be an ambassador who embodies core values and supports the success of E Tech Group and its clients.
