Job summary

E Tech Group, a leading engineering and system integration firm in the United States, seeks a seasoned Business Development professional. You will grow the client portfolio, position the company as a premier automation partner, and drive revenue through strategic account development and value-driven proposals.

You will travel regionally to engage clients, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver impactful solutions in IT automation and control systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, Life Sciences, or controls industries.
Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Knowledge of industry trends and customer solutions in automation and lifecycle services.

Responsibilities

Prospect and cultivate opportunities; build relationships with prospective clients.
Master solution selling; position as trusted advisor for client challenges.
Position E Tech Group as main automation partner across accounts and locations.
Craft and close deals through compelling technical proposals; pursue orders.
Maintain accurate forecasts of bookings and opportunities using Salesforce.
Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
Report progress and market trends to senior leadership.
Be an ambassador of E Tech Group's core values and growth culture.
