Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls industries.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Master solution selling by understanding client challenges and proposing engineering solutions.
- Position E Tech Group as the main automation partner in new and existing accounts.
- Craft compelling, value-driven technical proposals and secure project orders.
- Manage pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce for bookings and opportunities.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Deliver regular reports to senior leadership on BD initiatives and market trends.
- Be an ambassador who embodies E Tech Group's core values and client success.
