Job summary

HDR is seeking a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead in the United States to drive high-value pursuits and develop new service area campaigns. You will partner with technical leaders, business developers, marketing, and executive teams to craft winning strategies and client-focused submissions.

You will manage cross-functional teams, analyze market drivers, and optimize campaigns for profitability while aligning with HDR’s growth objectives, employee-owners culture, and inclusion commitments.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in leadership and management of diverse business development teams in the A/E industry.
• Demonstrated broad A/E industry experience related to growth strategies and client development.
• Experience leading strategic marketing and/or client relationship programs and turning ideas into campaigns.
• Ability to create workflows and establish new processes to support growth.
• Strong communication to present ideas and collaborate across a global enterprise.
• Understanding macro-economic trends affecting the industry and HDR.
• Proven ability to build consensus and lead across senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits to realize profitability goals.
• Use data analytics to target growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Develop plans for market positioning, relationship development, and succession strategies.
• Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, operations, and client services.
• Serve as primary campaign lead with marketing, BD, operations, and executive teams.
• Assess risks and opportunities for sustainable growth including environmental and social factors.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, schedules, and deliverables for campaigns.
• Identify differentiators and win themes with leadership to shape messaging.
• Guide proposal interviews and rehearsals to strengthen client engagement.
• Deliver executive communications to secure awareness and buy-in for enterprise initiatives.
