HDR is seeking a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead to drive high-value campaigns across markets. You will partner with technical leaders, marketing, and executive teams to develop winning strategies and client-focused submissions.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in leadership and management of diverse business development teams in the A/E industry.
• Experience aligning strategy with client development, project management, marketing and communications tactics.
• Proven ability to craft and manage strategic campaigns that win work.
• Strong collaboration and leadership across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits to drive company growth focus areas.
• Leverage data analytics to target growth opportunities and personalize campaigns.
• Develop detailed market plans and succession strategies to support growth.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and executive teams for campaigns.
• Prepare executive-level communications and capture planning for pursuits.
