HDR is seeking a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead to drive strategic growth across architecture, engineering, and related services. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape win strategies, and partner with executive leadership to develop compelling client-focused submissions.

The ideal candidate has deep industry experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage high-value pursuits from concept to proposal, aligning market trends with HDR’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in leadership and management of diverse business development teams in the A/E industry.
• Experience in strategy with client development, project management, marketing and communication tactics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns and win work.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, political science, engineering, architecture, business or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits to drive growth.
• Leverage data analytics to target growth opportunities and personalize campaigns.
• Plan market position, relationships, and succession strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, operations, and executives.
• Lead campaign efforts with senior leaders to support sector- and geography-based growth.
• Assess risks and opportunities for sustainable growth considering economic and other factors.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and establish campaign schedules and deliverables.
• Identify differentiators and key messaging with leadership and technical teams.
• Conduct campaign risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Prepare interview and presentation coaching for pursuits.
• Deliver executive communications for opportunities requiring enterprise investment.
