Job summary

HDR is seeking a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead to drive strategic growth across the Architectural/Engineering space. You will own cross-business campaigns, partner with technical leaders, and lead high-value pursuits to expand HDR’s market footprint.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven targeting, and the ability to coordinate marketing, sales, and project teams for winning client submissions.

Qualifications

• 15 years of leadership and management experience in the A/E industry.
• Broad experience aligning strategy with client development, project management, and marketing.
• Experience in strategic marketing and/or client relationship programs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Ability to interact with diverse teams and organize complex work.
• Awareness of macro-economic trends affecting HDR.
• Consensus-building with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to position HDR in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits aligned with growth focus areas.
• Leverage data analytics to target growth opportunities and refine campaigns.
• Develop plans for market position, relationship development, and growth strategies.
• Drive collaboration across marketing, sales, operations and client service.
• Serve as primary campaign lead with executives and strategy teams.
• Assess risks and opportunities for sustainable growth strategies.
• Coordinate kickoff, planning, and delivery of campaigns and pursuits.
• Identify differentiators and win themes with technical leadership.
• Prepare executive communications for high-investment opportunities.
• Coach and rehearse presentations for pursuit interviews.
