Job summary

HDR is seeking a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead to unite marketing, business development and cross‑business teams in pursuing high‑value opportunities. You will craft strategy, manage campaigns, mentor teams, and coordinate with executives to win strategic client work across multiple locations.

This full‑time role is based in the United States with primary location in Omaha, NE, and offers a compensation range of $175,000–$200,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in leadership and management of diverse business development teams in the A/E industry.
• Ability to interact with diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record of growing/leading a practice and winning work.
• Experience in management of strategic marketing and client relationship programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits to support growth focus areas.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, operations, and executive teams to develop winning strategies.
• Develop detailed campaign plans including relationship development and market positioning.
• Assess risks and opportunities for sustainable growth strategies including economic and geographic factors.
• Prepare executive-level communications for opportunities requiring broad awareness and investment.
