Job summary

HDR is actively seeking a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead to drive growth initiatives across campaigns and top-line pursuits. You will partner with technical leaders, marketers and executives to strategize and materialize campaigns that expand HDR’s market presence.

You will guide cross-business campaigns, develop winning client-focused submissions, and manage campaigns from concept through execution, aligning with HDR’s growth objectives and geographic focus.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in leadership and management of diverse business development teams in the A/E industry.
• Proven track record of success with strategic booking goals and growth initiatives.
• Experience coordinating across marketing, client relations, project management and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits in support of growth focus areas.
• Develop winning strategies and client-focused submissions with technical and marketing leaders.
• Coordinate relationship development, market positioning and growth plans across sectors and geographies.
• Assess risks and opportunities for sustainable growth considering economic, environmental and social factors.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications and capture plans for opportunities requiring enterprise investment.
