Job summary

HDR is seeking a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead with deep leadership in business development within the A/E industry. You will own high-value campaigns, partner with technical leaders and executives, and shape market strategies to win major opportunities.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, BD, operations and project management, ensuring alignment with HDR’s growth objectives and client-centric pursuits.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience leading and managing diverse business development teams in the A/E industry.
• Proven track record of strategic growth, client development and campaign leadership.
• Experience coordinating marketing, operations, project management and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits to drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to target growth opportunities.
• Plan market-positioning, relationships, and succession strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, BD, operations and leadership to execute campaigns.
• Prepare executive-level communications and win themes for opportunities.
