Qualifikationen

• 15 years’ experience in leadership and management of diverse business development teams in the A/E industry.
• Demonstrated broad A/E industry experience related to identifying growth trends and aligning strategy with client development, project management, and marketing and communication tactics.
• Experienced in management of strategic marketing and/or client relationship programs, with lead role in new, undefined, or abstract potentials.
• Ability to interact with diverse teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits to support growth focus areas.
• Leverage data analytics and market trends to target growth opportunities.
• Initiate detailed plans to advance market position, including relationship development and exposure activities.
• Drive collaboration across the enterprise for business development, sales, marketing, and client service.
• Serve as the primary campaign lead among marketing, business development, operations, PM, and exec teams.
• Assess risks and opportunities for sustainable growth and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate campaign kickoff and capture planning meetings with defined schedules and deliverables.
• Identify differentiators, win themes, and key messaging with technical leadership.
• Conduct campaign-specific risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage proposal interview preparation and presentation coaching for pursuits.
• Deliver succinct executive-level communications to secure awareness and buy-in.
