HDR is seeking a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead to drive top-line growth across markets by coordinating campaigns with marketing, BD, operations, and technical leaders. You will own complex pursuits in the A/E industry and shape strategy with executives.

Qualifications

• 15 years of leadership and management experience in A/E business development.
• Proven experience expanding client development, project management, and marketing tactics.
• Experience managing strategic marketing and client relationship programs.
• Ability to create workflows and build new processes.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Awareness of macro-economic trends affecting the industry.
• Collaborative leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience working with senior leaders across multiple market segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, political science, engineering, architecture, or business.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-business campaigns and top-line pursuits to drive growth.
• Leverage data analytics to target growth opportunities.
• Plan market-position initiatives, relationships, and succession strategies.
• Drive collaboration across marketing, BD, operations, and client service.
• Serve as primary campaign lead with executive teams.
• Work with marketing and growth leaders to support campaigns.
• Assess risks and opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Lead kickoff and capture planning meetings and schedules.
• Identify differentiators and win themes with leadership.
• Prepare executive communications for enterprise opportunities.
• Manage proposal interview preparation and rehearsals.
