Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Growth Associate to drive growth across strategic federal accounts, with a primary focus on the US Army and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

This role is ideal for an up-and-coming growth professional, such as a former Government Program Manager/Analyst or a consultant transitioning from a major firm, who brings hands-on exposure to VA and DoD acquisition landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional or military experience.
• 3-5 years total experience in federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
• Experience as Government Program Manager/Analyst transitioning to industry or from a major consulting firm.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build rapport with government and industry leaders.
• Solid knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms (CSOs, OTAs, GWACs).
• Hands-on federal proposals writing experience within structured capture processes (Shipley or similar).
• Fluency with modern tech concepts and ability to discuss cloud/AI without coding.
• Proficiency with GovWinIQ, USAspending, HubSpot for market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Capture & account strategy: develop intelligence to inform capture decisions and establish footprints.
• Capture execution: support opportunities through capture lifecycle under the lead.
• Win strategy & positioning: craft win themes and value propositions for Army/VA.
• Teaming & partnerships: identify partners and prepare teaming materials for reviews.
