Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an energetic Growth Associate to drive growth across federal accounts, with a primary focus on the US Army and VA. The role involves capture, account strategy, and proposal content creation, collaborating with BD, architects, pricing, and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has government program management/analyst experience, strong networking skills, and the ability to articulate value around modern software, cloud, and emerging tech. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• 3–5 years of federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
• Experience as a Government Program Manager/Analyst transitioning to industry or from a major consulting firm.
• Proven networking and relationship-building at events with government/industry.
• Solid knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms.
• Experience writing federal proposals and working in capture processes (Shipley or similar).
• Comfort discussing modern software trends (cloud, AI) with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Capture & Account Strategy: Support VA and US Army accounts with market intelligence for capture decisions.
• Capture Execution: Assist opportunities through the capture lifecycle under the capture lead.
• Win Strategy & Positioning: Develop win themes and value propositions for Army/VA frameworks.
• Teaming & Partnerships: Identify strategic partners and prepare teaming materials.
