Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an energetic Growth Associate to drive growth across strategic federal accounts, with a primary focus on the US Army and the VA. The role suits a professional transitioning from government management or a consulting firm, bringing hands-on exposure to VA and DoD acquisition landscapes.

You will support capture, proposal content, and field presence, collaborating with Solution Architects and pricing teams to ensure alignment and a winning narrative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years total experience in federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal skills with networking and relationship-building ability.
• Solid knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms.
• Hands-on federal proposals writing and structured capture experience.

Responsibilities

• Support growth in VA and US Army accounts by developing customer and market intelligence for capture decisions.
• Assist capture lifecycle activities under the capture lead in active opportunities.
• Develop win themes, value propositions, and capability gap analyses for Army and VA acquisition frameworks.
• Collaborate with BD to identify teaming partners and prepare materials for Contracts and Finance review.
• Attend industry days and events to build relationships with government and industry stakeholders.
