Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking a Growth Associate to drive expansion across federal accounts, with emphasis on US Army and VA programs. The role targets professionals transitioning from government programs or large consulting firms, bringing hands-on exposure to VA and DoD acquisition landscapes.

You will engage across capture, proposals, and field activities, coordinating with solution architects, pricing, and client delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional or military experience.
• 3–5 years of total experience in federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
• Prior Government Program Manager/Analyst transitioning to industry, or experience from a major consulting firm.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of networking and building rapport with government and industry leaders.
• Solid working knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms (CSOs, OTAs, GWACs).
• Hands-on experience writing for federal proposals within structured capture processes (Shipley or similar).
• High fluency with modern tech concepts, able to discuss cloud and AI at a high level.

Aufgaben

• Support growth in VA and US Army accounts with customer and market intelligence informing capture decisions.
• Assist opportunities through the capture lifecycle under the capture lead.
• Develop win themes, value propositions, and capability gap analyses for Army and VA acquisition frameworks.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify strategic teaming partners and prepare teaming materials.
