Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an energetic Growth Associate to drive expansion across federal accounts, with a primary focus on the US Army and VA. The role emphasizes building customer and market intelligence, supporting capture activities, and developing compelling win themes for Army and VA acquisitions.

The position requires strong networking and proposal-writing skills, experience with federal processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally with architecture, pricing, and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• 3-5 years of total experience in federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
• Experience as Government Program Manager/Program Analyst transitioning to industry or from a major consulting firm.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven networking track record.
• Solid knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms (CSOs, OTAs, GWACs).
• Hands-on experience writing for federal proposals and working in structured capture processes (Shipley or similar).
• Fluency with modern tech concepts and ability to explain value around cloud/AI without coding.
• Familiarity with federal market intelligence platforms (GovWinIQ, USAspending, HubSpot).
• Willingness to attend local events in Herndon, VA / Washington, D.C. area and U.S. citizenship to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Capture & Account Strategy: support VA and US Army growth by building customer insights and market intelligence for capture decisions.
• Capture Execution: assist opportunities through the capture lifecycle under the capture lead.
• Win Strategy & Positioning: craft win themes, value propositions, and capability gaps for Army/VA frameworks.
• Teaming & Partnerships: identify strategic partners and prepare teaming materials for Contracts review.
