Karsun Solutions, LLC seeks an energetic Growth Associate to drive growth across federal accounts, with a primary focus on the US Army and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is ideal for a growth professional moving from government program management or consulting into industry, bringing hands-on exposure to VA and DoD acquisition landscapes.

You will develop capture strategies, contribute to proposal content, and partner with architects, pricing, and delivery teams to win

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• 3–5 years of federal growth, program management, or acquisition experience.
• Experience transitioning from Government/Consulting to industry is a plus.
• Ability to network and build rapport with government and industry leaders.
• Solid knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms.
• Experience writing federal proposals and working in structured capture processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide account support to VA and US Army accounts; develop customer and market intelligence.
• Support capture lifecycle activities under the capture lead.
• Develop win themes, value propositions and tailored analyses for Army and VA frameworks.
• Collaborate with BD partners to identify teaming opportunities and prepare materials.
• Write and contribute to proposal sections; ensure alignment with solution architects and pricing.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records in CRM; log engagements and statuses.
