Responsibilities

• Support VA and US Army growth by developing market intelligence for capture decisions.
• Assist capture lifecycle activities under the capture lead.
• Develop win themes and value propositions aligned to Army/VA frameworks.
• Collaborate with BD, Solution Architects, Pricing, and Client Delivery to align solutions and messaging.
