Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (Client Relations Representative) to retain and grow existing client relationships and drive revenue through usage, retention, and expansion of Paycom software solutions. The role includes frequent client meetings, strategic account planning, and presenting value propositions to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Outside Sales Representative and Transition Specialist to ensure smooth client ownership transfer and continuity of service.
• Cultivates and nurtures existing client relationships for strong retention.
• Achieves sales quota and revenue goals through client retention and account expansion strategies.
• Proactively analyzes, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
• Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and client satisfaction/loyalty.
• Performs client presentations articulating the value proposition of software/solution/service offerings.
• Maintains relationships at C-level and throughout the organization to provide business solutions and tools.
• Conducts required number of face-to-face meetings weekly.
• Presents strategic agendas, reviews usage, oversees software updates, identifies needs and opportunities, and helps clients maximize value of Paycom HR lifecycle.
• Conducts regular business reviews with clients, presenting metrics, identifying improvements, and proposing strategic recommendations.
