Responsibilities

• Retain existing client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Transition teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve sales quotas and expand revenue through client retention and expansions.
• Present the value proposition of Paycom solutions in client meetings.
• Maintain relationships at C-level across client organizations and run regular business reviews.
• Conduct required face-to-face or virtual client meetings weekly.
• Provide insights to maximize Paycom's HR lifecycle for clients.
