You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and drive strategic account plans. Responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing client relationships to increase usage and revenue.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present performance metrics to clients.
• Identify and develop additional revenue opportunities within the client portfolio.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and Transition teams for smooth client ownership transitions.
• Present the value proposition of Paycom solutions and services to executives.
