Cubic Transportation Systems in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Business Development professional to help implement the organizational vision for BD operations and capture processes. You will oversee reports, budgets, and artifacts supporting long-range planning, while coordinating with the VP and teams across the company.

The role requires a four-year degree and six years of relevant experience in electronic systems for government customers, plus strong communication and negotiation skills and travel

Formación

• Four year degree in engineering, management, or marketing with six years in BD of electronic systems to government customers.
• Experience in project/capture/program management is desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement for complex military systems.
• Ability to interact with U.S. and foreign government and industrial customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and BD processes and objectives.
• Analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the BD VP in implementing the organizational vision for Business Development operations, capture processes, and tools.
• Supervise Salesforce Administrator assistant and manage the BD administrative function.
• Prepare BD budgetary and financial reports using accounting principles and techniques.
• Prepare and manage BD artifacts and recurring reports related to operational requirements.
• Manage new operational assignments and projects in support of BD activities as directed by the BD VP.
• Oversee and manage Salesforce operation.
