Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across Federal Government, Defense, and Civilian markets. You will oversee captures ranging from $10M to $50M+, and potentially over $100M, collaborating with capture leaders, SMEs, and partners to shape opportunities and win bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience in capture, proposals, or business development.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including briefings to executives.
• Experience capturing opportunities up to $100M+ in the Government space.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage captures within assigned markets.
• Develop capture strategies, teaming plans, and marketing content.
• Lead proposal development including technical, management, staffing, and pricing.
• Engage customers through meetings, briefings, and industry events.
• Maintain knowledge management and forecast opportunities for leadership.
