Job summary

Datavant is seeking an experienced relationships professional to lead strategic engagement within the government space. You will own engagement and value realization for a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive adoption, satisfaction and renewals.

You will navigate complex programs with multiple partners, focusing on end-to-end value and scalable processes while building trust-based relationships with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer facing roles.
• 4+ years experience in the federal government or with government contractors and government adjacent organizations.
• Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Experience expanding relationships beyond direct contacts.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement and value management for up to 5 government accounts.
• Develop understanding of government accounts and channel partners using data to achieve goals.
• Lead with curiosity to learn customer goals and map solutions.
• Manage complex programs with multiple partners and contractors.
• Drive long-term customer value by increasing adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product and sales strategies.
• Communicate effectively to maintain internal and external relationships.
